My Lochgelly Tawses are faithful replicas on the famous tawses used in Scottish schools and institutions. Originally, they were made in Lochgelly Fife, by a local saddler called John J. Dick. These items are sought after by many CP enthusiasts, but the genuine antique ones are now in short supply and can cost several hundred pounds to buy. However they are a little like Rolex watches, even good copies are worth having. They are formidable instruments, much larger and heavier than many S&M tawses, but for strap lovers, or traditional CP devotees, they are the ideal choice.
They come in 3 sizes (see below)

All the above are coloured cordovan, to give an antique appearance, however we can supply these in natural leather if preferred.
Leather Tawses are available in a choice of rounded or arrowhead top.
All the items below come in a range of colours Black, Cordovan (antique dark brown) Tan, Rose, Purple and natural, however, the range of dyes available is extensive the above colours are given as our standard range. Specific colours & dyes can be arranged as a custom creation.
